Orders usually ship within 48 hours (M-F), except when out of stock.

Return Policy:

All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a return.  However, in the event we make a mistake, we are more than happy to pick up your order and replace it with the correct item at our expense. Filters, pumps, UV's and all other drop-shipped items must be returned to the distributer they came from and must have prior return approval by MacArthur Water Gardens.  Returns and return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
